I started this experience hating my body and by the end of the 6 months I started to love myself again. Nothing is perfect and building good habits is not always linear. She saw me through 2 fat loss cycles and helped me gain a ton of muscle. Throughout all of it, she never told me I NEEDED to do anything. I didn’t NEED to do fat loss. I didn’t NEED to starve. One of the most amazing coaches I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She really knows her stuff and does so much research to make sure she is giving her clients the best advice. She believes in making sure her clients are healthy and promotes healing your body over hurting it. She uses food as an essential source to reach your goals and adds working out as a bonus.
