Do I Need Gut Testing?
Short answer: not always.
Many gut symptoms improve significantly when we first support nutrition, stress physiology, and nervous system regulation. In some cases, calming the nervous system alone can restore digestion without testing.
Gut Testing May Be Helpful If You:
• Have persistent digestive symptoms despite foundational support
• Suspect deeper microbiome imbalance
• Have a history of antibiotics, chronic stress, or recurring gut issues
• Want data-driven insight to guide a more targeted plan
